Cancellation & Makeup Policy

We understand that your child’s needs may change, and we are here to help. Please review our cancellation and makeup policies below. For cancellations or makeup requests, contact the Rise Village management team. Note, we do not provide refunds.

Monthly Classes

By registering for monthly classes, you commit to a minimum of two (2) months. Your first month’s payment is due upon registration, and subsequent payments will be processed on the 1st of each month. To cancel your subscription, please email us by the 15th of the month to avoid charges for the following month. For example, if you register in January, you commit to classes for January and February. If you wish to cancel for March, notify us in writing by February 15th.

If your child misses a class, we offer one makeup class per month. Details on makeup classes are provided below.

Drop-In Classes or Camps

Cancellations for drop-in classes must be made by 2:00 PM the day before the scheduled class to receive a class credit equal to the full purchase price. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for credits.
Class credits are valid for up to 12 months from the issue date.

Makeup Classes

We are pleased to offer one makeup class per month for monthly class participants. To be eligible, you must notify us before the missed class begins. Makeup classes must be scheduled within two weeks of the missed class and can be arranged by contacting Rise Village management. While we strive to accommodate your original booking, we cannot guarantee the same class due to scheduling and small class sizes. However, all makeup classes will be age-appropriate for your child.
Makeup classes are not offered for drop-in bookings.
